Migratory Bird Hikes

Everyone is welcome to attend Migratory Bird Hikes, from nature lovers, to photographers and birders. Programs will meet at the Forest Park Nature Center building with a quick introduction. Bring your binoculars, water, hiking clothes etc. In addition, binoculars will be available for loan. Most hikes are low-impact. Ages: Adults 18+ Advance registration is required. Mindful Morning Hike

In this fast paced world it can be hard to find time to slow down. Join our Naturalists as we practice mindfulness and reconnect with nature. During this program we will escape into the forest and learn about meditation, nature journaling, and mindfulness.
