Celebrate a Peoria tradition this Thanksgiving season at the oldest race in the Peoria area! The Peoria Turkey Trot invites runners of all ages to take on a 4-mile course featuring 3 ¼ miles of blacktop—including the famous Detweiller hill—and a final ¾ mile on turf. Join us for a hike Women’s Only Trek the day after Black Friday. Connect with other adult Women who like hiking, nature and meeting new people. There will be a short introduction and then we will be on our way. This hike will be chosen dependent on weather conditions. Prepare for hiking about 2 hours depending on breaks.
