Breathe in the fresh morning air while you wind down with a guided meditation session to leave you feeling centered, calm, and ready to embrace the rest of your weekend.
All sessions start at 8 am and last one hour.
This event is FREE and available for all ages and levels.
Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat or blanket. Waivers are required before the session, so please arrive 10 minutes early.
