River City Soul Fest
River City Soul Fest started in 1999 in hopes of providing a unique event that highlights African American culture and heritage through celebration and music. For the first time, this year’s festival features two days of R & B music headlined by Dru Hill and the Brian McKnight 4, followed by a day of Gospel. River City Soul Fest also features a variety of food and merchandise vendors with items available for purchase.
NEW in 2019! A very limited number of tickets will be sold for the Rumberger’s VIP Section. This 2-day VIP pass includes food from Rumberger’s, Frito Lay, and 2 drink tickets on Friday, August 9th, and Saturday, August 10th. Tickets are $100.
Single and Two Day ticket options are available for the two R & B nights. Single tickets are available for Gospel Fest – there are no additional fees when purchasing tickets at the Noble Center located at 1125 W. Lake in Peoria.
