Baseball and basketball and pickleball, OH MY! The Peoria Park District is proud to provide kids and adults the opportunity to learn and play many different sports. We offer open gyms in various sports held throughout the District, including basketball and pickleball. We also offer baseball and softball leagues for adults and children. Baseball – Youth

The Peoria Park District helps your little (and not so little) ones feel the thrill of baseball!
Boxing – Youth
Learn the fundamentals of boxing from a USA licensed boxing professional. Work-outs include the heavy and speed bags, floor exercises, and rope jumping. A chance to compete in competitions is a possibility.
Flag Football – Adult
The RiverPlex Recreation & Wellness Center hosts some of the best and most exciting Flag Football leagues in the central Illinois area. We play in our climate-controlled arena on Sundays in January through March. To register your team or for more information contact the RiverPlex @ 309-282-1700.
Golf – Adult
Peoria Park District Golf provides a great golfing experience for all skill levels in the Peoria, Illinois area, operating three courses within the city. Our courses range from beginner courses, to challenging, full length, par-72 courses. Coupled with our Golf Learning Center, a premier range and lesson facility, Peoria Park District Golf can meet all your golfing needs.

At the Peoria Park District, we are very excited to offer many opportunities for your young golfer! The Peoria Park District’s Golf Learning Center has youth and junior golf lessons, as well as family golf lessons. The PPD golf courses also offer special junior tee rates to make golf more accessible to youth golfers.
