Open Gym Party Includes:
- 2 hours with access to party room (Room 106) & East Gym (full gym)
- 40 guest maximum (includes children & adults)
- Times available are:
- Fridays 6:00-8:00pm
- Saturdays 1:00-3:00pm or 4:30-6:30pm
- Sundays 1:00-3:00pm or 4:30-6:30pm
- Attendant will set up the tables and chairs for the party.
- Attendants will cover tables using a roll of white plastic table covering.
- You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your rental for room set up.

Please note, while the museum closes to the public at 4:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 5:00pm on Sundays the PlayHouse does not promise exclusive use of the museum. There may be concurrent programs or events with After-Hours Birthday Parties. Reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance.
The listed deposit is required at time of booking a party with the remainder of the balance must be paid 2 weeks before that party.
