March 25, 2026 – North Detweiller Road Closure
The Peoria Park District forestry team will be doing tree work on the north Detweiller road (off Knoxville Ave.) that will require closure beginning at 7am. The South Road will temporarily be open to through traffic.
Seasonal Restroom + Fountain Closures
The Peoria Park District has seasonally shut down restrooms and water fountains across our parks and outdoor facilities. They will reopen late Spring 2026.
