DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Halloween with us at the Peoria PlayHouse! Join our fun-filled Costume Parade on October 31st from 11:00am to 1:00pm and watch your little ghouls\, ghosts\, and superheroes strut their stuff in their spook-tacular outfits! \nInstead of candy\, PlayHouse team members will be handing out small\, allergy-conscious toys and trinkets during our “Trick-or-Trinket” giveaway—so every kid can join the fun! \nAdmission is discounted to $ 3 per person for the day. This event is included with regular admission (no extra ticket needed).

DESCRIPTION:Be Anything! is an innovative program that propels “Take Your Child to Work Day” to a new level. Help a child in your life explore the careers that excite them. Do they want to be an architect\, veterinarian\, fireman\, meteorologist? Are they unsure\, but excited to try new experiences? \nAll children can be anything; they need only the tools and opportunity to imagine\, experience\, and become! \nCareer Expo: May 10th: Be Anything! Career Expo in Glen Oak Park allows children (and adults) to meet with professionals attending and discover a future career they may not yet have imagined! During their exploration or back at home\, attendees can start bidding on their preferred Be Anything! Experiences. \nOnline Auction: May 10th – 16th: Be Anything! Online Auction allows children the chance to experience a day in the field with a professional and explore careers that excite them! New this year\, find fun adult experiences you can bid on plus a variety of silent auction items!
