Breathe in the fresh morning air while you wind down with a guided meditation session to leave you feeling centered\, calm\, and ready to embrace the rest of your weekend. \nAll sessions start at 8 am and last one hour. \nThis event is FREE and available for all ages and levels. \nDon’t forget to bring a yoga mat or blanket.
