Calling all ladies 18 and up that played basketball or volleyball in high school, college, or recreationally. Come back to Proctor Center and sharpen your old skills while getting in shape and meeting new people all at the same time. Place your children in the TV room while you exercise. We’ll even walk you to and from your car if you’d like.
