Pilates: Ages 16+
Looking to tone your body strength? This class will help strengthen, condition, and tone muscles. Sessions start 1/4, 2/15, and 3/29.
NEW! Yoga to the Rescue: Ages 16+
This series of specialized yoga classes will focus on four different areas. Sign up for sessions individually or if you sign up for all 4 receive a special rate of $25 for residents or $33 for non residents. Classes run 1/24, 2/21, 3/21, and 4/18.
New! Cardio Hip Hop: Ages 16+
Get ready to sweat, burn calories and have fun. Sessions start 1/26 and 3/2.
NEW! Salsa Workout: Ages 16+
Dance off your extra pounds and get healthy to a Latin beat with easy to follow, high energy moves. Sessions begin 1/29 and 3/5.
Adult Drop In Fitness Classes
Drop-In Yoga: Ages 16+
Reduce stress while toning and stretching. Emphasis is on poses and breathing. This class will get you INSPIRED! Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. You do not need to pre-register and you can start at any time. A minimum of six people must be present to hold a class.

Drop In Rockin' Robics: Ages 16+
Get fit with your friends and have fun working out to rock, pop, and hip-hop music.This energetic class will help get you in shape while having fun.
